It was originally built in 1888 and has now been beautifully restored. Beyond its beautiful façade, you will love the spacious rooms, high ceilings and authentic details, including the grand stairway and foyer with original decorations.

STEEPED IN CULTURE

Not only will you be surrounded by Estonia’s cultural scene, but the building of our apartment hotel at Mere boulevard 8 is itself an official cultural monument. It was originally known as Revaler Spiritfabrik and used for administration when it was completed in 1888 based on architect O. R. Knüpffer’s blueprints. The limestone building still has glorious neo-Romanesque and neo-Renaissance features, including large arched windows and beautiful details.
